and more popular in the food industry and food terminology.
Mostly, it is used to reference small scale manufacturers producing quality
products. Small scale manufacturers have learned that the only way to compete
in todays market requires more unique products. A very large number of
consumers are looking for 'Natural' and/ or 'Crafted' products and are willing
to pay a little more for a better quality.
